Shipment confirmation

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive and email containing UPS tracking number(s) which will allow you track your order on the UPS website (www.ups.com). Some items ship separately and you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number. You may also check the status of your order on our order status page. You will need your order number and billing email address ready.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product on our website has a specific processing time. Processing times do not include shipping transit time. After adding a product to your shopping cart, you may enter your delivery zip code to calculate a delivery date. You may select an expedited shipping method during checkout if needed. Processing and transit days are counted as business days, and do not include weekends and holidays.

Our Return Policy

At Cute Little Favors we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.

  • We do not accept returns on any personalized orders and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.
  • We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items or candles.
  • Also, for obvious reasons, any chocolate or edible items are not returnable.
  • Returns must be processed within 30 days after delivery.
  • Please send products back in their original form and packaging.
  • We will issue a credit within 14 days after we receive the return package.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Canceling Your Order

If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are still subject to a 5% processing charge.

 

How To Return Items

Please email us at info@cutelittlefavors.com if you would like to return your order or if you have any questions about our return policy. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns that do not have a RMA number on the return mailing label.

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

International Returns

Cute Little Favors do not accept international returns. We only process returns for orders with US destinations including Hawai, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US dependecies.

 

For order returned by destination country's customs, we will process the return and restocking fees describe in the first section will apply.
